Standard commissions are for existing character designs only. We will take a character's design and create a chibi or comprehensive reference sheet for them and then retexture an avatar of your choice.

Custom designs are created by zitra. Please inform us prior to your commission if you are interested in a custom design, and fill out the "customs form" here. we will design a character with you and create a reference sheet of your choice, followed by a retexture.
Custom designs have an additional fee of +$30.

adoptables are designed and textured by us and then sold. In some cases, we may offer only a design, and once bought, a retexture can be made (you must own the model intended to be used for the texture.)

if an adoptable has certain assets you don't own, you might need to buy them. this can include the actual base model.
Other
An illustrated VRC box-style icon can be added for $40.
chibi reference sheets are $25 and only include a symmetrical design of your character or custom design and an emblem.
comprehensive reference sheets are $80+ and include a texture-readable ref [side, front, and back views], a simple half body, emblem, and two chibi's*.
if your character has specific assets you want to be added or retextured, please keep in mind you might need to buy those assets on your own (and also make sure that they can be modified! check their respective TOS's for commercial use and contact us about certain modifications you are interested in.)
fees for modification will be discussed with the client, and can vary based on difficulty.

Prerequisites
✦ Models and Assets
Before we can start working, we need to know what model you're planning on using. If you aren't entirely sure yet, please let us know. Remember to additionally check a 3D artist's TOS regarding their models -- depending on the base, we may or may not be allowed to modify it with certain assets you may want to use. If you're planning on adding assets such as body modifications (horns, hair, tails, wings, etc), clothes, and more, check each individual product's terms before buying. You must have bought the respective models/assets (on your own) before or during the commission process.

depending on what type of commission you are ordering, there will be certain requirements. feel free to ask for specifics or review the types. in general, a vague concept or description of your character is required. For existing characters, a visual/colored representation must be provided. Custom designs follow zitra's custom form.

✦ Rights
Once you buy/own a design or texture from us, you're free to do whatever, with a few exceptions.
You may Not:
- use them for anything dehumanizing (racism, hate speech, homophobia, etc)
- redistribute the model
- take credit for credit you do not own. All artistic credit belongs to their respective owners: the model artists, asset makers, retexture artists, digital artists, designers, etc.
✦ Post-Upload
After your avatar is uploaded to VRC, it is your responsibility. All of our commissioned textures must remain private, and we take no amenability if your avatar is removed by VRChat or any other platform.
General

when requesting an order, you have agreed to read & understand our terms and conditions.
we do not tolerate online abusive behavior.
your commissioned retexture and artwork may appear in the artist's portfolio.
asking for updates is encouraged, as all communication is.
be aware of each artist's turn-around times.
deadlines are not accepted.
major changes to character designs and designs after progress is started will result in additional fees/upcharges.
do not use our works in AI or NFT/Cryptocurrency projects.
✦ Payment
Be sure of what you're ordering from us -- we're relatively flexible, however, be sure of your budget. Feel free to ask us about things you aren't sure about.We take a base/slot down payment upfront through either Paypal or Cash App. further charges for toggles and complexity are not included in this base price. holds can be negotiated. all payments must be in USD unless stated otherwise.
✦ Refunds
We can refund and cancel a commission at any point in time, for any reason.
If you request a refund after we have started work, we will keep 30% of the original payment as compensation. After significant progress has been made, refunds are not available. You will receive all content already worked on.
